Organisational Chart Marker/Hierarchy chart Maker   https://creately.com/diagram-type-organisation-chart

The Hierarchical model is the most Popular organizational chart. There are a few models that are Derived from this model. In the Hierarchical chart, Employees are grouped with every Employee, in the Construct, all having one Proper supervisor. The Grouping is made based on a Few other factors.

  1.  Function, grouped according to the Function they Provide.
  2.  Geography – Employees are grouped based on their Region.
  3.  Product, if a company produces Multiple products, or offers different services, can be Grouped accordingly.

In my opinion, I think that the No. 4 Network structure, which helps Visualise both the Internal and External Partnerships, is a Decentralized, Construct which has the most Flexible structure.  This, All relies on Open communication, between reliable Employees, whom, are both Internal, and External Partners. This I think is the best Hierarchical option, for Art Creators and Art designers, to Follow and Work With.

In Concluding this Blog, we see how important Organisation is in Particular to the Art Creation and Art Design Culture in our Societies’. We can tell that the structure of a Business needs to be set up, and followed through a, Hierarchy or some Planned Organisation Method. In Order for a Business, to Prosper and too function on a Daily basis. This all makes any Construct or Business, Accountable and Financially Viable. For daily operating in an organised Manner, keeping the Employee motivated, functioning, Highly productive, Conscientious and Self fulfilled, as an Employee and Mostly as an Individual. Organisation Procedures, are Necessary for An Art Creation or Art Design Business…

Fighting Creative Block, and My Art Creations Too..., Uncategorized

Fighting Art Creative Block, and My Art Creations Too…

In this Blog,  Fighting, Art Creative Block, we know as Artists that Art Creative Block is a Very Big Problem for the Artist. I investigate, what Art Creative Block is, or if there is a problem at all. Then try to conclude, how we can move past this Problem as Artists, and as A Productive Changing Society, Generally. I think this is an interesting Issue to explore, because I Believe that All World Cultures, Succeed and Prosper, on Human Resources and People Power. Think and Think?,  and then I will share in this blog, my solution to my problem of Art Creative Block.

Fighting through Art Creative block-whether, it is a Creative slump or a Full blown block, is one of the Biggest problems for artists. It is sustaining motivation and keeping the Art creative engine turned up. There are Five artists, who will be Sharing jump starting, Ideas and inspiration, their way… ( The following information is from Anne Hevener, Artist’s Magazines Editor in Chief. )

Artist Kris Parins-says,  Welcome an Outside Influence. He says a get together with Artist friends to cure art block, and maybe, to get out of the studio. To spend a few hours, Laughing, sharing your enthusiasm, and to be open to new opportunities. Lastly you need Human contact and outsider influence. You need to Share images of your works in progress, or just to talk, encouragement makes an Artist feel wonderful and alive.

Tom Lynch-says,  an Exercise in Black and White, help him to break the Art block. Visiting an Art Gallery, museum or art fair, or a simple exercise in making Art creations in Black and white, start his desire to paint. He focuses on Tone and contrast , which make, future paintings, show better light and dark tones.

Chris Krupinski-says,  Paint all of the Time. To be a better artist you need to Work on your art all of the time. I found this improved My art greatly, and opened my mind to New ideas. When the Creative block happened, I would just Start doing the art, and as I worked I moved past the block, Ideas arrived and kept on coming, to me.

Betsy Dillard Stroud-says,  Keep an Open Mind. Sometimes just starting one idea, can lead you to another, better idea. My Motto is to just start on something, and to stay open to a Change in The art direction.

Laurie Goldstein-Warren-says,  A new take on a Familiar Subject. Laurie says when she has a block, she looks at one of Her before art creations.  Using a Different art media, Different paper, canvas, brushes and paints to Colour the art. She might head into the Social or into the Natural Environment, this all makes a Difference to her Art perspective in many ways.

My Method of getting through the Art Creative Block, is to draw what appeals to me at the time, and to think hard after a long walk or a swim, what the painting needs to be Coloured With. In the following Four Paintings, I think you can say the Paintings are Original and Unique. I attempted to Move and create this Art, by using the Medium that I do not usually use, even though I own these media. I decided on the Colour scheme and how to best use the colours to Benefit greatly the Art creation. I can honestly say, I worked easily, and did not experience Art Creative Block. I enjoyed the process, and greatly. I think you should, draw what appeals to YOU, and Use different Media, Paper, canvases and colours. Go ON SEE What the result is for You?

Inspiring People and Cityscapes, and My Art Creations Too...

Inspiring People and Cityscapes, and My Art Creations Too…

In this Blog Inspiring People and Places, and My Art Creations Too… I will be telling you the details of an amazing Artist, Wiltshire, who has been Travelling and Creating Art, in New York and many other Countries, most of his Life. We then decide if Art has Value to the Individual, if So? Why and How?. I have chosen Two Countries, with different Architecture and Histories to tell you about. To be Honest these are my favourite places I would Like to visit, and of course New York. I think Paris and these Three countries are the Places I would Love to live in, if it was possible for me. I have made, Four Paintings to share, in this blog, which relate to this explanation. I think you will enjoy this Blog.

The Big Apple, New York, CITY, on The Artist-Wiltshire–Wiltshire shows the Journey of his work, as a Timeline for His Life. “As I developed as a person, my Artwork Developed with Me. As I got older, wiser and more mature, so has my work. I think that my Artwork, has progressed well, over time, through my Experiences. My Art is My Life History” When in 1988, Wiltshire travelled to New York, CITY, he then made New York his Second home. New York to Him,  was Noisy, energetic, Bright lights, and so much more. He was deeply Captivated, by the Atmosphere and the Beautiful Skyscrapers, and the Architecture.

Inspiring People and Places–Wiltshire’s first trip, to New York, gave him, the Love to Travel. This Interest and passion for drawing, Urban Landscapes, then began. He gathers in his Mind, Detail and Perspective, Well. With these References in his Brain, he makes a Pencil sketch of the area. Then takes a Staedtler pen, his tool of choice and then adds the other details.

In some Cities, at special drawing events, he can be observed at Art Creating. Wiltshire’s best part of the Art Work, is the Finish of the Painting. He draws every day, a Specific piece, or just for his Own pleasure. He say’s you Must do the Best You Can, for Your Pleasure, and Never Stop doing. Concluding You, As the Artist, Must Hold Yourself, Accountable.

Yes, Wiltshire is Autistic, and it was his drawing that, helped him connect greatly, with people. Art is a Language we can all understand, makes No difference, which country we come from. He continues to Travel greatly, and keeps on drawing.

I hope you see how Art can, connect and make a difference in the Lives of Artists, and People at their, particular Place in time and in their, Health. Art makes people, Happy, Productive and Motivates People in all Areas of their Lives, and in their Life’s Progress. ? What is Greater?, than Art???… Go On, You Give, Art A Go, You will be Delighted Beyond Belief.  ( Above information, taken from The Artist’s Network, on 01.3.2020. )

Holland, Kingdom of the Netherlands–Netherlands or Holland is located in, North-Western Europe. Holland, means a low-lying country, and wooded Land. This original name was given to the Medieval origins, which became the Modern Netherlands State Capital, which uses Two, of Twelve provinces. Which are named (Noord-Holland and Zuid-Holland). It was a parliamentary democracy, ruled with a Constitutional Monarch. This Kingdom, includes the former colonies, of the lesser Antilles. The Capital of the Netherlands is Amsterdam, which houses the Government, called the Hague. The Netherlands, is a very flat land, it has large areas of Lakes, rivers, and canals. (6,500 square kilometers), of the Netherlands, is made of reclaimed land. From the Medieval period, made possible through a process of careful water management. Along the Coastlines, land was reclaimed from the Sea, and Inland, from lakes and mashes, drained, along the River, sides. All this newer land, into polders, mostly surrounded by dikes. Originally Manpower and Horse power were used to drain this land. Later these were replaced with Windmills. The Mill Network, at Kinderdijk-Elshout, is A UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE. Netherlands biggest water-control systems, were built in the later part of the 19th Century, and Early 20th Century, when the Steam pumps, and, then later transitioned to the Electric Diesel Pumps.

I heard one comment, by the person who put the paintings up say, to an artist, Very colourful, unusual, where is this? he looked behind the painting, and could not pronounce the Punda and Otrobanda. He laughed so much. I thought HA HA…

Today the Netherlands, is one of the Greatest populated countries, which has a high Percentage of people over the age of 65 years. Amsterdam has one of the liveliest International Youth Cultures. The Dutch tradition of Social Tolerance, is Alive, Prostitution, ‘soft-drugs’, (Marijuana and Hashish) use, and Euthanasia are all Legal. Especially when Cultures, bought, Great Wealth and Capital to the Country’s Trade Centres. Holding one of the Most Advanced Economies in the World, which was A Very Small sized Country, at the time.

People–Ethnic Groups-History–History say’s that the Dutch are a Combination of Cultures, Frisians, Saxons, and Franks. Research shows that in fact, the true inhabitants were a mix of pre-Germanic and Germanic population Groups, which emerged in the 7-8th Century, based on a particular Ethnic and cultural Unification, that were identified, then as Frisians, Saxons, and Franks.

Dutch Language–The Language is Dutch, referred as Netherlandic, which is a Germanic Language, which is also spoken in Northern Belgium (called Flemish). The Afrikaans, an official language of South Africa, is a variant, spoken by 17th Century emigrants from the Holland and Zealand regions. The Northern Inhabitants, (Friesland), also speak their own language (Frisian), which is vey close to English, than to Dutch or German. In the major cities, Younger People are fluent in several languages.

Netherlands, Paintings and Sculpture–Dutch painting and crafts are known worldwide. The Dutch Painters, are the greatest in the world. The Dutch Government subsidizes the Arts, and directs the Artistic control over the Cultural Enterprise.
